Attestation of Pension Receipts/ Life Certificate
 
  Sri Lankan Pensioners living in Belgium or accredited countries should present themselves personally at the Embassy or at Sri Lankan Honorary Consulates in Luxembourg in order to obtain life certificate or attestation for pension receipt.

  Documents required :
    • Dully completed Pension Receipt
    • Valid Sri Lankan Travel Document
    • Documents to prove the eligibility to live in Belgium and Luxembourg.
    • Pensioner’s Identity Card issued by the Director, Department of Pensions in Colombo
